The Nation of Spectacles has Ended

A letter writer in the local newspaper made many accusations without facts to support her position regarding our duly elected president - some say by a landslide - Donald Trump. 

For example, she claims he and his family mock opponent's health, encourage political revenge, call for investigation of private citizen Bruce Springsteen, Trump's lies, his defiance of decency, and so forth. 

Bruce Springsteen is hardly "a private citizen" any more than Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are. 

By "seeking political revenge" one would assume she refers to Jan. 6 unarmed protesters who were jailed without due process - even as one unarmed woman was shot dead by a Capitol Cop, and if she is referring to Vegetable Man's (aka Joe Biden's) physical and mental health, she needs to read Jake Tapper's book - now on the stands and KJP's, once published. Or view Joe's performance in the debate with The Donald (aka Orange Man). 

The author of the letter never specifies the "lies" she is accusing him of, or the defiance of decency - she ought to try speaking to Hunter Biden. She understands "how many might feel unheard and frustrated." Assuming the millions of unvetted illegals - including killers, rapists, thieves, etc. - is something she is referring to - even as our current president has ended Joe's flagrant avoidance of US Immigration Law.

The nation of spectacles has ended. As far as spectacles go - review Joe's chairmanship of the committee to stop Clarence Thomas' from his seat on the Supreme Court if you are seeking a "spectacle."

Supporting Vegetable Man is not only a foolish, ignorant, irresponsible position to take after the inflation, border jumping, high prices of necessities, mortgage interest rates, etc. he foisted on the American public.

She asks for us to question what we are applauding. I ask her to do that, since for she gives no indication of having done so.
