Its Time to Thank the Gang of Eight

Some three weeks ago the congressional rule allowing a single member to make a motion to vacate the Speaker’s seat took place. This act required the full house to vote yea or nay. All of the Democrats and eight Republicans voted yea and Speaker McCarthy was ousted.

Virtually every Democrat went before the media chided, ridiculed, and blamed Republicans for destroying the house. The house is at a perilous standstill. Desperately needed legislation goes unattended. International issues ignored and homeland security in dire jeopardy. MAGA Republicans are destroying the nation. Republicans are selfish, ignorant, stupid, un-American and downright scoundrels.   Think of this, had just 9 America loving Democrats, just 9, voted nay, McCarthy would still be Speaker and all the ills of the Nation would be solved right? I guess cowardice and hypocrisy knows no bounds.

Congressman Matt Gaetz FL,  who apparently spearheaded  the  effort to gain some sanity in Congress along with Matt Rosendale Montana, Nancy Mace SC, Andy Biggs AZ, Ken Buck CO, Tim Burchett TN, Bob Good VA,  and Eli Crane AZ are owed a great deal of credit and thanks from every American. The newly elected Speaker Mike Johnson LA Is a political and fiscal conservative, a constitutional lawyer and a man of faith. So lets give the man a chance. I am sure he is reminded that a single motion to vacate can cause his demise as Speaker and the not so American loving Democrats won’t lift a finger to save him. Timothy 2:1 -2 et al, advises us to pray for our leaders. God speed, Mike Johnson.
